Fermentation Packer – Kilner fermentation packer is an essential tool for preparing and packing vegetables, to create fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi.

CARE AND USE – Made from FSC certified beech wood, the fermentation packer has a textured puree head, designed to help break down ingredients, eliminate air bubbles, and release spicy flavors synonymous with fermented foods. Hand wash only. Wash before first use. Do not soak in water.
FITS A VARIETY OF JARS – The packer is suitable for Kilner 3 and 5 liter specialized fermentation sets, but can also be used with a variety of wide-mouth jars from the collection.
